October's topic is "Meditation, Fear, and the Courage to Stay" with Cary Tamura

Fear and anxiety are usually treated as problems to solve or feelings to escape. Yet, meditation traditions suggest something radically different: what if the very experiences we avoid are also the doorway to clarity, resilience, and compassion? Drawing on the teachings of Chögyam Trungpa and Pema Chödrön, this talk explores the idea that real courage is not about conquering fear, but about learning to turn toward it.

Advance registration helps us to plan and set up, but if you don’t have a chance to register, you are still welcome to attend!

LOCATION: 151 W. 30th, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001
