A slow, intentional yoga flow designed to bring you back to yourself. This class will combine gentle movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, offering you space to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and care.
Open to all levels, this is a space for self-love, inquiry, and intentional pause. Offer yourself a chance to step away from the busyness of daily life and into a deeper connection to Self.
Each class will be themed and will include a guided free write portion at the beginning of class, followed by a creatively sequenced slow flow.
What to bring:
- Clothing you can comfortably move in
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Journal & pen (for reflection)
BUILDING AND PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Park in any available spot in the lot outside of building. Door code to enter is 1111#, studio is located on the 2nd floor, 1st business on the left. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space. Can't wait to flow with you!
