Devotion & The Black Divine: Screening and Discussion with anaiis

In celebration of her ‘Devotion & the Black Divine’ headline tour, Jupiter presents a special evening with musician and artist anaiis.

Released in 2025 to critical acclaim, 'Devotion & the Black Divine' swells with emotional clarity and a growing sense of homecoming (not to a place, but to the self). The album laces poignant lyrics with soul-soaked instrumentation, gently guiding the listener through anaiis's journey towards finding strength in motherhood, scholarship, and acceptance.

Hosted on the heels of her show at Old Town School of Folk Music, the evening will feature a screening of Devotion, a short film directed by anaiis and Tayo Rapoport, followed by a discussion with Jupiter's Editor in Chief Camille Bacon.
