A mystical exploration of the seven chakras - which Devi self they represent, how they show up in our everyday lives, and how we can connect with them through awareness and experience.

A storytelling and deep conversation around the feminine, Shakti and the many facets of womanhood - strength, softness, sensuality, creativity, love, intuition and wisdom.
Dance Meditation
No choreography. No right or wrong way to move.
Specially curated music, ecstatic movement and the freedom to let your body express what words sometimes cannot.

ABOUT THE HOST
SAGRIEKA MITTAL
Sagrieka Mittal is a spiritual guide, life coach, Sufi poet, sound healer and facilitator whose work brings together Krishna Bhakti, Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, metaphysics, meditation and spiritual psychology.
Her gatherings weave together sound, storytelling, poetry, music and meditation - making spirituality something that can be felt, experienced and lived.
Ishqaa is her pen name - the voice through which she expresses her poetry and her intimate conversations with the Divine Love.
For Sagrieka, the feminine is not something to perfect.
It is something to remember.
