This interactive and engaging session will explore the key elements of developing a successful volunteer strategy, from understanding organisational needs and volunteer roles to creating an approach that supports recruitment, engagement and retention of volunteers.

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own organisation and take away practical tools and skills for developing or strengthening their strategy.
