About this Event
DETOUR at Dalya Estate Presents: Autumn Evening Salon
Art, Conversation & Boutique Wines on a Private Sonoma Vineyard
The Evening
For one evening, The Dalya Estate—home to the award-winning Mascarin Wines Dalya Estate Chardonnay—opens its private vineyard in Sebastopol for an immersive salon.
Dreams in the Grammar of Possibility, a site-specific installation by photographer Stephanie Duprie Routh and writer Dalya Sachs, unfolds across the vineyard residences at golden hour. The artists will be present. Curator Danielle Fox, of SLATE Contemporary will engage the artists in conversation about the project. The experience is intimate, direct, and rooted in place.
What to Expect
- Self-guided exploration of the installation across the residences
- Artist conversation on process and collaboration, moderated by Danielle Fox, Director of Slate Contemporary
- Boutique wine pours from select women-led Sonoma wineries
- Sunset gathering in the vines
Why This Is Rare
Not a gallery, but a private estate and working vineyard. Direct access to the artists and the work, without barrier or formality.
