DETECTION ESSENTIALS WITH CAMERON FORDWe’re excited to welcome Cameron Ford to Grassroots K9 St. Augustine this November for two full days dedicated to the foundations of detection.
Cameron brings decades of experience in working-dog training, including a background as a police K9 handler and trainer, SWAT operator, and instructor for military and government K9 programs. His approach combines extensive operational experience with the science behind canine detection, odor, and learning.
Detection Essentials will break down the pieces that create confident, independent searching dogs and stronger detection teams — from building the foundation and developing search behavior to improving handler understanding and problem-solving.
And this seminar is not just for law enforcement. We welcome LEO handlers, professional trainers, civilian handlers, sport detection teams, and anyone serious about advancing their knowledge of detection work.
