Join us for a full-day Dessert & Pâtisserie Masterclass in East London, led by award-winning pastry chef Natalie Sheridan of Callalie Cakes.

Designed to build confidence, refine technique and elevate your understanding of desserts, this hands-on class is ideal for beginners, passionate home bakers and those looking to develop their skills further in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Throughout the day, Natalie will guide you step by step as you create a beautiful selection of refined desserts, including:

• Passion Fruit Tart

Learn how to make pâte sucrée from scratch, line and bake tart shells, and prepare a smooth fruit curd with elegant finishing touches.

• Classic French Macarons

Master the fundamentals of macarons, including macaronage, piping and achieving smooth shells with consistent feet.

• White Chocolate Namelaka

Explore emulsification techniques to create this silky, modern pâtisserie cream.

• Blackcurrant & Vanilla Verrine
