About this Event
An exploration of pleasure, choice & the art of receiving
An evening to slow down, reconnect with your senses and make space for what you want.
Perhaps you find it easier to give than receive. Perhaps you know what feels good, but hesitate to ask for it. Or perhaps you simply want time to listen to yourself, away from everyday responsibilities.
Desire, Out Loud is a two-hour women’s gathering facilitated by May Gonzalez, exploring pleasure, voice and connection through gentle, guided experiences.
Here, desire can mean many things: affection, rest, attention, space, connection or the enjoyment of a simple sensation. Together, we will explore how to recognise our preferences, express them and receive with greater awareness.
What to expect
- Gentle breathwork, voice activation and embodied movement.
- Individual sensory exploration.
- Optional paired practices exploring receiving, preferences and clear communication.
- A listening exercise with space to speak without advice or interruption.
- Private journaling and an optional sharing circle.
- A closing ritual.
Paired sensory practices involve only agreed areas of the hands and forearms. Every activity is an invitation: you may adapt, observe, pause or pass at any time.
A welcome gift for every woman
Each participant will receive a welcome gift, offered with care as part of the Harṣa experience.
Come as you are
You are welcome to attend alone, and no previous experience is needed. You do not have to share personal stories, speak in the circle or maintain eye contact. There is no nudity, intimate touch or sexual activity.
Harṣa is a space for curiosity, respectful connection and discovering your own pace.
