About this Event
Can you design belonging?
Dr. Susie Wise says, yes and no. Belonging is a feeling. Everyone experiences it differently.
What you can design are all kinds of things that help the feeling to emerge: spaces that offer invitations, rituals that bring us together, roles that develop authentic responsibility, and systems that are respectful and support creativity and innovation.
Leadership for Change Consulting and Koné Consulting are excited to co-host Dr. Susie Wise for this one day workshop - Design for Belonging.
Susie will share from her book . With concrete frameworks to feel it, see it, shape it, she offers accessible ways to use creativity to build belonging and to explore the intersection of inclusion and innovation in work, community and schools.
The workshop will be interactive including opportunities to work with Design for Belonging tools.
Lunch provided with registration.
