So often we go through life doing what is expected of us, without ever questioning why we are doing what we're doing. We chase promotions, juggle family life, and feel pulled in multiple directions at once. In this hands-on workshop, we will spend time reconnecting with what truly matters to us, reflect on our strengths and who we want to become, and use simple tools to decide where we spend our limited time and energy.

Ruth is a lawyer, author, entrepreneur, and still very much figuring it out step-mum. She holds a degree in psychology and a coaching qualification. After burning out at 29, Ruth went travelling and spent some time reconsidering her own life. Out of this she developed the VIP Mindset (Values, Identity, and Priorities). Having found a better balance for herself, Ruth is passionate about supporting people to live with intention, building lives that feel both meaningful and sustainable.
