Review where we're at with preparations for next year's race, discuss progress, and identify what still needs to be accomplished.
📱 Future Club Meetings
I'd like to discuss incorporating Google Meet into our regular meetings to cut down on unnecessary travel and in-person gatherings. We'll also get everyone's input on preferred meeting days and times and discuss which meetings should remain in person.
💰 2027 Sponsorship Programs
Discuss our sponsorship packages, fundraising opportunities, and plans for securing sponsors for next year's race.
📋 Member Contact Information
We need to update everyone's contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, to help improve communication throughout the club.
I'd like to get everyone's input on these topics so we can establish a solid plan moving forward. Please make an effort to attend.
