Bikes and tweed go together, right? The Tweed Ride is back! Join us for a fundraising event to support the Puppy Jake Foundation. Join us as we parade through Downtown and the East Village.The ride takes off from Royal Mile on Sunday, November 8 at 1 pm. Then it’s off for a leisurely ride from Court Avenue, up through the Historic East Village and culminates at our gorgeous state capitol building for our annual picture from Maharry Photography. Then back on our bikes for a thrilling zip down the hill to Ichi Bike and the Iowa Taproom for appetizers and refreshments. All bicycles welcome, old and new, so dust off your tweed and join us!
Enjoy great company, vintage fashion, and post-ride beer and food available for purchase. The proceeds will help train and place a support dog for a deserving American military veteran. We can’t wait to see you and your beautiful outfits!
