На 19 ноември ✨ Derida Dance Fest 2026 ✨ поставя началото на френския фокус на фестивала с ADSURBE - хореографско пътешествие през абсурда, ограниченията и непрестанното желание за свобода на OUPS Dance Company.
Две тела, две индивидуалности, един свят, чиито правила изглеждат все по-нелогични. Между хумора и физическото предизвикателство, изпълнителките Емили Жоно и Клеманс Жюгле ни канят да преосмислим собствените си убеждения, да се осмелим да прекрачим познатото и да открием радостта в непредвидимото.

Какво би се случило, ако осъзнаването на абсурдността на света се превърне в ключ към нашата свобода?
„ADSURBE“ проследява срещата на двама персонажи със собствените им убеждения, страхове и ограничения. Постепенно те започват да поставят под въпрос правилата, които определят поведението им, и да разширяват границите на физическите и мисловните си възможности.
В непрекъсната игра между контрол и освобождаване, сериозност и комичност, танцът разкрива абсурда като възможност за промяна. Движението се превръща в инструмент за съпротива срещу собствените ни навици, а смехът - в начин да погледнем на света от друга перспектива.
„ADSURBE“ е химн на живота. Покана да рискуваме, да се смеем на абсурдното и да живеем пълноценно, без непрекъснато да се опитваме да отговаряме на очакванията.
Може би свободата не е в това да намерим окончателен смисъл, а в смелостта да приемем, че понякога светът просто няма такъв.
✨ OUPS Dance Company е създадена от Емили Жоно и Клеманс Жюгле - отличени танцьорки и хореографки, обучавали се в Espace Pléiade/Steps New York и CHOREIA.
Техният специфичен двигателен език съчетава съвременен танц, електро и интензивно физическо изследване. Заедно те изграждат артистичен свят, в който необичайното и абсурдното се превръщат в двигател за преодоляване на границите на тялото.
Творбите им „Pardon!“, „Adsurbe“ и „Unleashed!“ получават множество отличия. „ADSURBE“ печели конкурса 10 Sentidos във Валенсия (2023) и Les Synodales (2022), а също така е селектиран за 31-вото издание на MASDANZA, RedAcieloabierto 2026 и седмото издание на Stray Birds Dance Platform в Тайван.

On November 19, ✨ Derida Dance Fest 2026 ✨ launches its French Focus with ADSURBE, a choreographic journey through absurdity, self-imposed limitations, and the relentless desire for freedom by OUPS Dance Company.
Two bodies, two individuals, and a world whose rules seem increasingly illogical. Between humour and physical challenge, performers Emilie Joneau and Clémence Juglet invite us to question our beliefs, dare to move beyond the familiar, and rediscover the joy of the unexpected.

What if becoming aware of the absurdity of the world around us were the key to gaining our freedom?
ADSURBE follows two characters as they confront their beliefs, fears, and limitations. Gradually, they begin questioning the rules that shape their behaviour and pushing beyond their mental and physical boundaries.
Through a continuous interplay between control and liberation, seriousness and humour, dance reveals absurdity as a possibility for transformation. Movement becomes a way of resisting habitual patterns, while laughter offers a different perspective on the world.
ADSURBE is a hymn to life. An invitation to take risks, laugh at the absurd, and live fully without constantly trying to meet expectations.
Perhaps freedom does not lie in finding a definitive meaning, but in having the courage to accept that sometimes the world simply does not offer one.
✨ OUPS Dance Company was founded by Emilie Joneau and Clémence Juglet, two award-winning dancers and choreographers trained at Espace Pléiade/Steps New York and CHOREIA.
Their distinctive movement language blends contemporary dance, electro, and intense physical exploration. Together, they have developed an artistic universe where the extraordinary and the absurd become driving forces for pushing the boundaries of physical performance.
Their creations Pardon!, Adsurbe, and Unleashed! have received numerous awards and distinctions. ADSURBE won the 2023 10 Sentidos Choreographic Competition in Valencia and the 2022 Les Synodales Competition. It was also selected for the 31st MASDANZA Festival, RedAcieloabierto 2026, and the 7th Stray Birds Dance Platform in Taiwan.
