What happens when your neighbour goes completely wild? Two neighbours. One hedge. Very different ideas about what a farm is for. 🌿🐄Join us at the Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe for Derek Vs Derek, a funny film about a serious issue.
Derek Banbury is a dairy farmer who is horrified at the "devastation" of his neighbour's farm. Over the hedge lives another Derek: Derek Gow, an ex-sheep farmer dubbed the "maverick rewilder" by the media, who is hellbent on turning his land into an oasis for nature. The pair argue over everything from food production and hedges to beavers and escaping wild boar.
Made by BAFTA award-winning director James Dawson, it's blunt, funny and heartwarming in equal measure.
