Der Šenster Gob je pražská akustická kapela hrající romskou, židovskou a další východoevropskou lidovou hudbu, a to od starých židovských svatebních písní až po modernější aranže romské hudby s příměsí jazzu či gypsy swingu. Během svých hudebních cest v zeleném dřevěném karavanu projela kapela celou Evropu a přilehlé části Asie, kde posbírala zážitky, vzpomínky i hudební inspiraci a písně z různých koutů. Der Šenster Gob is an acoustic band from Prague playing Gypsy, Jewish and other eastern folk music, travelling in a romantic green wooden caravan.
Their style varies from old klezmer tunes to newer Gypsy trad-jazz tunes and songs. They play with energy and invention, but they also pay a lot of respect to tradition.
During their musical travels, they‘ve crossed the whole Europe and part of Asia and collected tones of inspiration and memories, of songs and musical experience. Come to see them and spend one evening with them!
