About this Event
Platt River Loop | Easy
Meet us at the Fjallraven Denver Store for this urban adventure to log miles for this year's Hike-A-Thon! We'll walk from the store to the Platt River for a 3.8 mile loop—proof that you can enjoy the benefits of time in nature, anywhere! This loop starts at Fishback Landing Park, and goes through the Confluence, City of Cuernavaca, Commons, Centennial, and Gates Crescent Parks. This route is a part of the South Platte River multi-use trail and connects to the Cherry Creek Trail in the southeast of Confluence Park.

The only bad hike is the one you didn’t take.
Our trail hikes and urban adventures are a time to get together with old friends and make new ones. They're a time to unplug from our devices, breathe in the fresh air and connect with the world around us. At Nature Unplugged, we're committed to creating a community that values time outside, together—and that’s why we host our annual Hike-A-Thon and locally guided hikes.
Important Note: This event is a part of a month-long Hike-A-Thon! To participate in the Hike-A-Thon, please register here: https://charity.pledgeit.org/enu-hike-a-thon-2024
About the Nature Unplugged Hike-A-Thon:
Powered by Fjallraven.

OCTOBER 1 - 31, 2024 | For the month of October, participants will be taking steps (literally and figuratively) to improve their own health, build community and advocate for less screen time and more green time. This hybrid event inspires people of all ages and abilities to get outdoors and raise funds to bring preventative mental health education and outdoor programming to communities in need. Participants can join local guided hikes (in select cities across the US and Canada), or log miles from anywhere in the world!
