Creative Networking • Arts & Crafts • Creative Writing • Live Performances • Artist Development • Community
DENCITY Soulcase + Open Mic is more than an open mic—it's a creative community where artists, dreamers, entrepreneurs, storytellers, and supporters come together to create, connect, collaborate, and grow.
Whether you're an experienced artist, just beginning your creative journey, or simply looking for an inspiring community, there's a place for you here.
🤝 Creative Networking Hour
Our first hour is dedicated to Creative Networking—a relaxed, welcoming environment where creativity becomes conversation.
Create an uplifting arts & crafts project, work on a creative writing piece, draw, journal, or simply connect with fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, and community members.
Our creative projects are designed to encourage reflection, inspiration, healing, empowerment, and genuine human connection.
🎨 Come Early & Create With Us!
Arts & crafts materials are available while supplies last, so we encourage everyone to arrive on time to enjoy the Creative Networking Hour to the fullest, connect with others, and participate in one of our uplifting creative projects before materials run out.
✨ Building Toward a Creative Dream?
Have you always wanted to paint?
Explore photography?
Learn to DJ?
Dance?
Write?
Start a business?
Launch a podcast?
Publish a book?
Or create something the world has never seen?
Talk about it during Creative Networking.
You never know who may be sitting across the table—someone ready to encourage you, share resources, make an introduction, collaborate with you, open a door, or simply give you the nudge you've been waiting for.
At DENCITY, we believe dreams grow stronger when they're shared.
This is a place to dream together, support one another, celebrate creativity in all its forms, and help transform ideas into reality.
✨ We Encourage You To...
• Create an arts & crafts project.
• Work on a creative writing piece—or both!
• Bring your business cards and promotional materials.
• Share what you do, what you're passionate about, and what you're building.
• Meet local artists, entrepreneurs, organizations, and community members.
• Build meaningful relationships through creativity and conversation.
🎤 DENCITY Soulcase + Open Mic
Following our Creative Networking Hour, we transition into the Open Mic.
Artists of every experience level are invited to share poetry, spoken word, music, storytelling, and other heartfelt creative expressions in a welcoming, judgment-free, and brave space where authenticity, encouragement, and respect come first.
Whether you're performing for the very first time or have spent years on stage, you'll find an audience that's ready to listen, encourage, and celebrate your voice.
