About this Event
Real Information. Real Opportunities. A Brighter Future.
Your client loves the home… but it has solar panels. Now what?
Are the panels owned or leased? What happens to the solar agreement when the home sells? How could solar impact financing, negotiations, or the closing process?
As solar becomes an increasingly common part of homeownership, these are questions every real estate professional should be prepared to navigate.
Join The Klein Team at eXp Realty for an informative morning featuring Rick Carns, Energy Expert with Sunrun!
We're taking the mystery out of solar and exploring what real estate professionals need to know to better educate, guide, and support their clients.
