🚇FIX THE DISTRICT - WIMBLEDON STATION DEMONSTRATION 🚇Late again? It’s not you. It’s the signalling.
On Thursday 17 September, District line passengers are coming together outside Wimbledon Station to demand proper investment in the Wimbledon branch.
The signalling on our branch dates back decades. In 2020, TfL decided not to re-signal the branch, and today there is still £0 funded to replace it.
So we’re taking the message directly to the station:
FUND THE FIX.

This is a **peaceful, family-friendly community demonstration**. Come for 10 minutes, half an hour or stay longer — commuters, parents, students, children and everyone who relies on this branch is welcome.
