This is the Democracy & Community Research Collaborative weekly gathering where we gather to work on our learning, research, and writing in service of strengthening democracy in Dayton and beyond. This is for anyone who has a writing (or video or computer) project related to democracy and/or community. This can be an article, blog post, report, video you are editing, grant proposal, evaluation, school paper, dissertation, or something else. The goal is to have protected and focused time to write, research, connect, and learn together. We check in around 2:15 and do a check out around 4:30ish.
Our Dayton, in-person sessions are drop-in sessions - come and go as it suits your needs and schedule. Feel free to invite others that would like this focused time for writing, researching, and connecting. Looking forward to connect!
This is part of the Kettering Foundation's Democracy and Community focus area. Coffee is on the Foundation so come, support local small business, connect with neighbors and colleagues, and we'll dream about what is possible as we learn and grow together.
