Meadowbrook Naperville Dementia Support Group Overview
The bi-monthly Dementia Support Group at Meadowbrook Naperville provides a safe, welcoming space for individuals living with dementia and their families or caregivers to connect, share experiences, and receive emotional support. This group offers education, helpful resources, coping strategies, and encouragement from others facing similar challenges. Through open discussion and compassionate guidance, participants can build meaningful connections and gain comfort, understanding, and confidence throughout their dementia journey.
Meadowbrook Naperville hosts the Dementia Support Group, with sponsorship from Carewell Hospice and Palliative Care, and facilitation by Oasis Senior Advisors Naperville.
About the Facilitator: Jennifer Conniff, MHA, is a Certified Senior Advisor® with more than 30 years of experience in long-term care and senior services. Her leadership experience includes roles in social services, Licensed Nursing Home Administration, Executive Directorships, and regional operations. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the College of DuPage, helping prepare the next generation of long-term care leaders. Through her partnership with Oasis Senior Advisors, Jennifer discovered a passion for guiding families through complex care decisions. Today, as an owner of Oasis Senior Advisors, she combines compassion, expertise, and personalized support to help older adults and their families find the right care solution at the right time.
The Dementia Support Group is open to the public and meets every other month on the third Wednesday at Meadowbrook Naperville, located at 720 Raymond Drive, Naperville, IL 60563. Meetings begin on June 17, 2026 and are held from 6:00–7:00 p.m. and complimentary food and beverages will be provided. RSVP is required.
