Friendly and informal, it's a chance to chat with somebody who understands the challenges and opportunities, particularly when symptoms occur early in life.
Partners organisations will also be attending including Wyre Council's 'Just Reminiscing' team.
Drinks and food is available from the menu and there's details of well over 100 groups and activities with the local community on display in the Healthier Fleetwood Information Centre, literally next door to the cafe.
