About this Event
Come along and make luxurious scented candles in fabulous etched glass containers and a diffuser whilst enjoying a glass of fizz ( non alcoholic or a festive hot drink alternatives are available). With Helen you will explore the art of candle making and create your very own handcrafted candles. Whether you're a beginner or you've dabbled and want to make more, this workshop is for you! Using eco friendly wax we will guide you through the different waxes you could use, you will learn about fragrance oils, wicks and pouring techniques. You will then make your candles and a diffuser, choosing your scents from a selection of fragrance oils and pour your creations! You will make 2 glass candles and a diffuser to take home with you. We have deluxe etched frosted candles in red or silver as shown which just look beautiful when lit.
What's included: All materials, all safety equipment and a festive drink or fizz. Please note as we are using hot waxes and fragrance oils, this workshop is for those 14 and over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a full paying adult. If you are pregnant you are advised to consult a doctor beforehand due to the concentrated fragrance oils in use. We are in the upstairs lounge.
