Join us for a pickleball tournament bringing our community together to play, have fun, and support an incredible cause. The tournament will take place on November 14 at 9:00 AM at The Ridge Club, 7751 E Freeport St.
Parking
Players should park in the overflow parking lot behind the white dome rather than in the front parking lot of The Ridge Club.
Partner Information
You do not need to have a partner before registering! If you register without a partner, you will be placed on our Seeking Partner List, and we will do everything we can to find you a partner before the tournament.
If there is an odd number of players without partners, there is a possibility that one player may not have a partner and may not be able to participate. However, we will make every effort to find a partner for everyone, including reaching out beyond the players already registered if necessary.
About Delilah
Delilah was born on September 10, 2014, and from the very beginning, her family knew something was different. As an infant, she experienced unusual movements and eventually began having seizures. After months of searching for answers, Delilah was diagnosed with non-ketotic hyperglycinemia (NKH), an extremely rare genetic disorder that prevents the body from properly breaking down glycine, causing it to build up to harmful levels in the brain and spinal fluid.
Her family was initially told there was no cure and that Delilah would not survive. Instead of giving up, her parents fought to find answers and treatment. With the help of specialists, Delilah began treatment and started making progress that doctors never expected. She learned to walk, communicate through gestures and expressions, and live life on her own terms.
Today, Delilah is twelve years old. She loves to dance, watch movies, go on car rides, attend school, and meet new people. She especially loves spending time with her older brother, Dakota, who is her favorite person.
Delilah’s journey has been one of incredible resilience, and her story continues to bring awareness to NKH and the need for research, treatment, and support for families affected by rare diseases.
About NKH Crusaders
The NKH Crusaders are dedicated to raising awareness and supporting the fight against non-ketotic hyperglycinemia. Through advocacy, education, fundraising, and support, the organization works to help families affected by NKH and advance efforts toward better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Raffles
We will also be hosting raffles throughout the event, featuring prizes donated by our generous sponsors and supporters. Raffle tickets will be available during the tournament, so even if you aren't playing, you can still come out, participate in the fun, and support the cause.
All raffle proceeds will help support NKH Crusaders and their efforts to raise awareness, support families affected by NKH, and advance research toward better treatments and a cure.
Livestream
We will also be livestreaming the tournament, including every court as well as the main area, so family, friends, and supporters who are unable to attend in person can tune in and follow along with the event.
