An evening to study, practice, and dance together.Lambada Lab & Lounge is a relaxed practice time for anyone who wants more time with the dance. There’s no class and no teacher at the front of the room. It’s a shared space to work on what we’re learning, figure things out together, and then enjoy it all on the same social floor. 🔥
What we often need most is simply time …
… time to repeat
… ask questions
… try things with different partners
… make the movements our own
🪄 LAB & LOUNGE
For the full two hours, the room is both a lab and a lounge, and you decide how to spend your time. Bring something you’re working on, like a pattern from a recent class, a technique you want to clean up, or a sequence you only half remember. You can also drop in on what others are exploring. Small groups tend to form around shared questions, and we break things down together until they click. If you’d like extra support, just ask. Guidance is always available and completely optional.
💫 CHOOSE YOUR GROOVE
The music will be playing the whole time, so whenever you’re ready, take it to the floor and dance. Or take a break, grab a snack, and catch up with friends. Study the whole time, dance the whole time, or mix it up. There’s no schedule to follow. Just come as you are and enjoy the space in whatever way serves you that day. 💛
🌱 WHO IT'S FOR (new to all levels)
Never danced to it’s what you love to do! Whether you’ve been dancing Lambada for years or you’re still building your foundations, there’s room for you. Leaders, followers, and people who dance both roles are all welcome. Come as you are, and come ready to share, learn, and enjoy.
