DEKA FIT Dubai is coming to Coca-Cola Arena on Saturday, 26th September, bringing the globally recognised functional fitness challenge to one of the UAE's most iconic venues.Running from 7:00AM to 8:00PM, the event will welcome athletes, fitness enthusiasts and first-time participants to take on the DEKA challenge in a vibrant community atmosphere.
DEKA FIT combines ten functional fitness zones with 500-metre runs between each station, creating a complete test of strength, endurance and resilience. Featuring signature zones including the Air Bike, Farmer's Carry, Row and Sled Push/Pull, the format provides participants with a measurable benchmark of their fitness while remaining accessible to all abilities.
Open to individuals, friends, families, gym communities and corporate teams, DEKA FIT Dubai is built around the belief that fitness should be inclusive, measurable, and community driven.
Participants can compete across Elite and Age Group categories, with the Elite division offering podium finishes and a prize purse for the top male and female finishers.
