This experience is about returning to the roots: reconnecting with nature, reconnecting with yourself, and creating growth from a more grounded and aligned place.

Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with the earth, plant intentional seeds, and explore what it truly means to grow in a way that supports your well-being instead of draining it.

🌱 Hands-On Planting Experience with Troy Barzilla - Zilla Farms Tiny Homesteads
You’ll work with soil, roots, and plants in a calming, grounding environment while learning:
• the basics of gardening
• the health and stress-reducing benefits of reconnecting with nature
• how nurturing living things can help restore balance, presence, and well-being
This experience serves as a reminder that growth cannot be rushed.
It must be nurtured intentionally and consistently.
🧠 Guided Conversation + Reflection with Lu Tandazo - Dream Into Success
We’ll explore:
• how the “seeds” you plant mentally shape your confidence, decisions, and results
• why pressure, overthinking, and constant pushing can leave us feeling burnt out and exhausted
• how to create growth from a grounded, rooted place instead of survival mode
• what may need to shift for you to feel more aligned, confident, energized, and clear moving forward
