✨Deep Rest: A Reiki & Sound Bath Experience? July Theme: Return to Center
Summer often brings fullness—full calendars, full schedules, full days. While the season invites us outward into activity and connection, it can also leave us feeling scattered, depleted, and disconnected from ourselves.
Return to Center is an invitation to pause.
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and Reiki designed to help you quiet the noise, release tension, and reconnect with the calm, grounded center that exists within you. Through healing sound, gentle energy work, and intentional rest, you'll be supported in letting go of what no longer needs to be carried and returning to a place of balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Special guest sound healer Betty Geroulis will guide you into a deeply relaxed and meditative state through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
As you rest, Reiki practitioners Tina and Dan Santana will offer gentle, hands-off energy healing to support energetic alignment, relaxation, and renewal.
This experience is especially supportive for those who:
✨ Feel overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally exhausted
✨ Have been giving more than they've been receiving
✨ Need time to slow down and reconnect with themselves
✨ Desire deep relaxation and nervous system support
✨ Are seeking greater balance, grounding, and clarity
No experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
When life feels busy, uncertain, or overwhelming, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is return to center.
Come lie back, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to rest.
