Deep Reset Sound Bath with Heart Opening Plant BobinsanaCome journey with ritual sound artist Oyu for an evening of deep reset through the safe container of an immersive sound bath with the aid of Bobinsana - the heart opening and inner dreaming master plant from the Amazon Rainforest.
In the safe container of healing resonance, we will connect more deeply and listen to our hearts as we journey into our inner landscape where feelings arise and visions take root.
Oyu weaves a unique and deep tapestry of sound with influences from the East features Grotta Sonora artisan gong, Native American flutes, monochord, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drum, otherworldly vocal and healing mantras.
Bobinsana is traditionally used by indigenous healers in the Amazon for its heart opening, emotional support and inner visioning yet grounding qualities. We will take a small dose in the form of a tincture. Avoid taking Bobinsana during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are trying to conceive. You can opt out if it doesn’t feel right for you.

Things to bring/materials required (please note there are no yoga mats etc at the venue)
Water bottle, cushion, eye cover, yoga mat, blanket, anything that helps make you feel comfortable to sit or lay down.
