Deep Reset is a guided journey inward, led by Rene with live musical accompaniment, closing in a sound bath played across a variety of live instruments by Doug. This is a chance to fully surrender — to let the guided meditation soften the mind, and the sound wash over the body in restorative waves.
This class is part of Saturday Reset, a morning pairing of two donation-based offerings from Soul Sync Music & Meditation. Start your weekend on a note of renewal — arrive for one session or stay for both. Deep Reset runs 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, preceded by Rise and Resonate: Live and Recorded Music Meditation from 10:00–11:00 AM.
