If your mind has been feeling full… busy… or constantly “on,” this is your invitation to pause.
The Deep Mind Reset Experience is a one-day, in-person self-care workshop designed to help you relax deeply, release stress, and reconnect with a calm, clear state of mind.
Through guided hypnosis and gentle relaxation techniques, you’ll be supported in letting go of mental noise and giving your nervous system the reset it’s been asking for.
This isn’t about effort or pressure.
It’s about creating space—for you.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of calming and restorative experiences designed to help you:

No prior experience with hypnosis is needed.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention—similar to the feeling of being deeply absorbed in a book or just before you fall asleep.
In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive, supportive suggestions that help you:
- Relax more deeply
- Let go of tension
- Create gentle, lasting shifts
You are always in control, and you will only accept what feels right for you.
What the Day Looks Like
This experience is designed to feel calm, spacious, and supportive:
- Welcome and intention setting
- Guided relaxation to settle the body
- Hypnosis sessions for deep mental reset
- Gentle integration and reflection time
- Closing experience to anchor calm and clarity
You don’t need to “perform” or do anything perfectly.
Simply show up and allow yourself to be guided.
