Dee has been enjoying teaching and coaching riders from crossrails to Grand Prix since 1991. Starting as a rider here in the Midwest competing up to national Grand Prix level, Dee discovered the joy of helping others learn and accomplish their goals.Moving to Virginia and starting a business exposed her to fox hunting, steeplechase, and the fortune of taking clients to some of the most iconic horse shows in the country; It was home for 32 years!
A strong believer in basic horsemanship, she also realizes riders and horses need individual coaching and training plans. This has led her students to success from local shows to indoor championships.
Dee now trains out of Stonegate Farm and holds her "r" judging license in hunter/hunter seat equitation.
