Chestnut & Wild Mushroom Soup with Thyme Cream
Silky roasted chestnuts blended with wild mushrooms, finished with a swirl of thyme-infused cream and cracked black pepper.

Wine Pairing: Dry Chenin Blanc (Loire Valley)�Bright acidity lifts the richness while subtle honeyed notes echo the chestnut.

Bitter Greens with Roasted Pear, Blue Cheese & Candied Walnut
