Cliff Effect Escape Room: An Eye-Opening Experience!
Will a raise move your family forward—or push you further behind?
Join us for an immersive Escape Room experience that brings to life the real-world challenges of financial stability faced by Rapid City families. Through this interactive simulation, you’ll navigate the unexpected barriers that come with wage increases and learn how the cliff effect—a sudden loss of assistance due to small income gains—impacts both employees and businesses.
This powerful experience is designed for employers, community leaders, and anyone invested in workforce stability. Presented by Black Hills Special Services Cooperative in partnership with the John T. Vucurevich Foundation, this event will provide valuable insights into how we can work together to support families and strengthen our community.
