A complete pregnancy & birth preparation course for you and your birth partner.
Taught across 4 evenings (Tues December 1st, Thurs Dec 3rd, Tues 8th & 15th 2026).
A face to face group course in Tring, Hertfordshire (close to Leighton Buzzard, Berkhamsted, Aylesbury, Chesham & Hemel).
Class sizes are limited to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions.
Please don't be put off by the Hypnobirthing element. It is for ALL births, not just natural or homebirth or water births. It can incorporate gas & air or epidurals too.
