Dear Evan Hansen
August 4–29, 2026
Bay Street Theater, Sag Harbor
Winner of six Tony Awards including Best Musical, Dear Evan Hansen is a powerful and deeply human story about high schoolers and their parents searching for connection in a world that often feels isolating.
In this intimate new production directed by Bay Street Theater Artistic Director Scott Schwartz, the story is brought closer than ever to the audience, embracing the unique closeness of the Bay Street space. Every moment feels immediate, personal, and deeply felt.
Featuring a contemporary score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, this reimagined staging gives voice to the hope, fear, and longing of being seen.
Co-production with A.C.T. of Connecticut
