About this Event
We live in a society where death and dying can be medicalised, feared and hidden from sight, yet it is one of life's natural events. The aim is to have honest and open conversations to explore our own beliefs and hear the views of others in the hope it will help normalise death and dying for ourselves and others.
This gathering is intended to be inclusive, accessible and confidential. It is not a bereavement support group or an alternative to counselling.
Facilitated by Gloria Ferguson, End of Life Doula and Founder of The End Matters.
We offer a warm welcome and ask that you arrive in time to buy some refreshments and you're welcome to spend some time afterwards to chat further. Booking is essential as places are limited. This is a donation based event with ALL proceeds going to Be Kind No Excuses CIC
Accessibility: Please be aware that the venue is a converted church and there are 4 stone steps at the front, so wheelchair access is troublesome (but not impossible)
