About this Event
?This Spring Retreat? for NDIS participants is all about socializing, relaxing, learning new skills, and menthal health improvement.
The main goal of our respite retreat is providing participants with disabilities or special needs a temporary break from their daily responsibilities. It's an opportunity to rest, recharge, and focus on your well-being. We provide you a safe, supportive environment where you can engage in activities, socialize, and experience a change of scenery.
Ultimately, it aims to improve the overall well-being of both family members and participants by reducing stress and preventing burnout.
All activities are optional - if you prefer to sleep in, go for a walk with your support worker or a family member, or have some time to yourself - the choice is yours.
?York House is more than a home—it’s a Daylesford sanctuary with seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and expansive gardens that offers a rare blend of privacy, elegance, and connection to nature while also being walking distance from the centre of Daylesford.
You will discover this historic miner's cottage with an exquisite contemporary interior, nestled amidst nearly a full acre of lush gardens, just a brief two-minute stroll from the heart of Daylesford.
Originally built in 1858, York House accommodates up to 7 guests, making it the perfect choice for respites.
