TLDR: "Day of the Ditch" returns! This year, Muninn Myst will be hosting, on November 7th!Firstly credit: With permission from Sir Nadir, of Polaris, to use the name and inspiration indefinitely, “Day of the Ditch” will return, as a park-level event
Early Details: Hosted at Muninn Myst, on Saturday, Nov 7th!
- 12pm-12:30: Initial weapon checks [weapon checks will be continuous]
- 12:30: Lay-on!
- Estimated end: 3-4pm
New to Ditching? Think of Ditching as a "Forever Stew" of fighting. Two teams, with a balancing mechanic after every, single fight; fighting continues until the end of the event; breaks are encouraged, as needed!
As we will have a number of newer players / players not familiar with Ditching, we may bring back the introductory mechanic of fighting by category (Single Short, Florentine, Sword & Board, etc.) before we go "Open" fully.
Disclaimer: Save the scheduling, there is no direct tie to the cultural "Day of the Dead" holiday.
