David Wimbish in The Spirit Room
Equal parts musical ringmaster and earnest daydreamer, David Wimbish—the creative heart behind the indie-folk powerhouse David Wimbish & The Collection—crafts songs that feel like a warm blanket in a sudden rainstorm. Armed with a soaring voice that dances between bittersweet falsettos and stomping, heart-on-sleeve anthems, he has spent over a decade turning life's messy, beautiful truths into shared, communal magic. Now, he is bringing his pocketful of poetic melodies and acoustic alchemy to the cozy, low-lit sanctuary of The Spirit Room at The Phoenix. Pull up a leather seat, grab a hand-crafted cocktail, and prepare for an intimate songwriter evening where the stories run deep, the music feels like home, and your spirit is guaranteed a lift.
