It’s a major booking for us! Dave Zirin, longtime journalist at The Nation and NYTimes bestselling writer, is the author of a long-awaited definitive biography on the iconic radical historian Howard Zinn, and he’s coming to Montgomery for a talk about his new book and its significant subject. Recently released, The People’s Historian is already a critical success, with major reviews everywhere you look. It’s a wonderful portrait of a historian who reshaped America’s understanding of its potential for change. We’re fortunate to be able to learn more about it from Zirin. Don’t miss his appearance. We’re at the SPLC Civil Rights Memorial on Thursday, December 10 at 5:30pm.RSVP here: https://www.splcenter.org/civil-rights-memorial/dave-zirin/
