Ymunwch â ni i wylio ein ffilm fer newydd, sy'n dathlu cyfraniad arbennig grwpiau cymunedol a sefydliadau angor ledled Ceredigion a'r gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol maen nhw'n ei wneud yn ein cymunedau.
Bydd y prynhawn yn gyfle i ddathlu llwyddiannau'r Prosiect Cymunedau Cefnogol a'r bobl sydd wedi gwneud y gwaith hwn yn bosibl. Byddwn yn dechrau gyda dangosiad y ffilm am 1:00pm, ac yna clywed straeon a myfyrdodau personol sy'n tynnu sylw at effaith y prosiect ar gymunedau ledled y sir.
Wedyn, mwynhewch ginio bwffe a chyfle i gwrdd â phob, rhannu profiadau, a dathlu'r hyn rydym wedi ei gyflawni gyda'n gilydd.
Edrychwn ymlaen at ddod â phawb ynghyd i gydnabod cryfder cymuned a'r effaith barhaol y gallwn ei chael wrth weithio gyda'n gilydd.

Join us for a special screening of our new short film, celebrating the remarkable contribution of community groups and anchor organisations across Ceredigion and the positive difference in our communities.
The afternoon will be a celebration of the achievements of the Supportive Communities Project and the people who have made it possible. We'll begin with the premiere of the film at 1:00pm, followed by personal stories and reflections highlighting the impact of the project on communities across the county.
Afterwards, enjoy a buffet lunch and take the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, share experiences, and celebrate what has been achieved together.
We look forward to bringing everyone together to recognise the power of community and the lasting impact of working together.
