Before something blooms, it begins beneath the surface.
Before we become, there is a quiet moment when we decide what comes next.
DARK MOON™ is ZenVida’s intimate New Moon ritual—a candlelit evening of Blue Lotus tea, breath, intention, gentle movement, meditation, ritual, and immersive sound created to honor the quiet beginning of a new lunar cycle.
While the Full Moon invites us to illuminate and release, the New Moon invites us into the fertile darkness of possibility.
Tonight, we ask:
What are you ready to begin?
We gather in the softly lit sanctuary and begin with a warm cup of Blue Lotus tea, sipped slowly and intentionally as we leave the noise of the outside world behind and turn our awareness inward.
From there, we move into grounding breathwork and slow, intuitive movement. There is nothing to perform and nowhere to get to—only an invitation to reconnect with your body and arrive fully in the present moment.
As stillness settles into the room, you will be guided through a New Moon meditation and visualization, creating space to listen beneath the expectations, obligations, and distractions of everyday life.

🌱 THE SEED RITUAL
At the heart of DARK MOON™ is our New Moon Seed Ritual.
Each guest will receive a seed to hold during meditation as a physical symbol of an intention for the lunar cycle ahead.
Not simply something you wish for.
Something you are willing to nurture.
Hold your seed.
Breathe your intention into it.
Take it home and plant it.
As you care for what you planted, allow it to remind you that transformation rarely happens all at once.
It begins quietly.
One intention.
One choice.
One small act at a time.
✨ SURRENDER INTO SOUND
Once our intentions have been planted, the sanctuary becomes still.
Lie back beneath the darkness, close your eyes, and surrender into an immersive journey of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments.
Nothing to accomplish.
Nothing to force.
Nothing to figure out.
Simply rest in the space between who you have been and who you are becoming.
We close our circle with grounding, gratitude, and an optional moment of sharing before carrying our intentions beyond the sanctuary and into the new lunar cycle.
