About Daphne Richardson
Daphne Richardson is a Canadian Christian recording artist, worship leader, pastor, and vocal coach based in Ottawa, Canada. Known for her powerful vocals, authentic heart for worship, and dynamic stage presence, Daphne creates worship experiences that are both deeply personal and joyfully expressive.
Blending Contemporary Christian, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, and Caribbean influences, her music reflects her Jamaican and English Canadian heritage while inviting people into meaningful encounters with God through creativity and praise.
Since releasing her debut single, "You Found Me," in 2020, Daphne has released multiple singles and the EP Authentic. She has shared the stage with renowned gospel artists including The Walls Group, CalledOut Music, Joe Mettle, Travis Greene, Sumnisola, and and toured across Canada, United States and Europe.
Together with her husband, Pastor Chris Richardson, Daphne serves as co-pastor at Deeper Fellowship Church Canada under the leadership of Pastor William McDowell. Alongside her ministry, she works in healthcare leadership and coaches worship teams and vocalists, helping others grow in both excellence and authentic worship.
Daphne's passion is simple: to help people encounter God through worship that is heartfelt, culturally rich, creative, and rooted in His presence.
