Danny Bryant is one of Britain's most compelling blues artists. He picked up a guitar at 14, turned professional at 18, and cut his teeth on the road in Danny Bryant's RedEyeBand alongside his dad Ken on bass.
In more than two decades since, he has toured and shared stages with Buddy Guy, Carlos Santana, Joe Cocker and Mick Taylor. In 2014, when Walter Trout needed emergency liver transplant surgery, Danny was the one who stepped in to front Walter's band for a five-week North American tour. He has since played across Europe, Canada and China.
He's bringing his new album, Nothing Left Behind (Jazzhaus Records, 2026), to Faversham. It's his most personal and powerful record yet, an honest look at a period of personal change set to some of the most dynamic music of his career. It ranges from hard-hitting blues rock like "Swagger" and "Three Times as Hard" to stripped-back ballads and a soulful take on Bruce Springsteen's "Nothing Man".
★ 17 albums, including Hurricane, Blood Money, Revelation, Means of Escape, The Rage to Survive and Rise
★ Has toured and shared stages with Buddy Guy, Carlos Santana, Joe Cocker and Mick Taylor
★ Fronted Walter Trout's band on a five-week North American tour (2014)
★ Signed to Germany's Jazzhaus Records since 2011
★ Nothing Left Behind (2026) scored 8.5/10 from Blues Rock Review and 8/10 from Maximum Volume Music
