Dancing with the Mirror is a dance class like no other, rooted in that familiar, private moment of dancing alone in front of the mirror at home. Through guided mirror work and creative movement, this class invites vulnerability, self-connection, and expression without judgment.

All dance levels are welcome. This isn’t about performing; it’s about meeting yourself where you are and moving from that place. Wear clothes meant for movement.

Doors open at 11:50, class starts promptly at 12.
