Floor Based Assisted Stretch Training

For curious movers, wellness professionals, and anyone ready to learn some floor based assisted stretching tools.

We believe that everyone should have the tools to care for their own body — and the people around them. Across cultures, touch and assisted movement have always been part of daily life, promoting vitality and connection. The more we work with clients, the more passionate we’ve become about sharing this knowledge with others.

Join us for a hands-on, half-day training in floor based stretching and mobility, designed for both personal use and professional development. You’ll learn practical techniques to release tension, restore movement, and support longevity — whether you work with clients, train others, or simply want to deepen your understanding of the body.

This is a playful and supportive environment where you’ll experience:

Safe and effective upper and lower body stretch routines
Partner-assisted techniques to enhance mobility and flexibility
Tools for communication, connection, and comfort when working with others

Come solo or with a partner — we'll pair you up as needed.
Leave feeling confident, connected, and equipped with tools you can use for a lifetime.

REGULAR: $180/person $300/pair ($150 per person)

Your Instructor: Cian Dalton + certified support (depending on participant numbers), owner and lead therapist at The Stretch Space.

This work has been created by Cian and Carolyn the owners of The Stretch Space in Kitsilano. They know how powerful it can be to stretch clients and each other regularly. Not only for maintaining a relaxed, mobile body - but for deep healing and connection as well. Carolyn and Cian have 10 years experience in bodywork, stretch therapy, movement coaching and breathwork facilitation. Prior to that they were professional movers in the fields of boxing and dancing.

If you cannot attend an event we can issue a credit to a future event if we have at least 14 days notice. Last minute cancellations cannot be accommodated unfortunately as it is very challenging to keep these events running successfully this way.
