This isn’t your traditional line dance lesson. We’ll combine easy-to-follow line dances with upbeat music and continuous movement to get your heart rate up, get those steps in, and give you a workout that doesn’t feel quite as much like a workout! 💃🔥

Wear comfortable clothes, grab your sneakers or comfortable dance shoes, bring plenty of water, and come ready to MOVE!
You don’t have to be an experienced line dancer to participate. The goal isn’t perfect choreography — the goal is to keep moving, have fun, and get a great workout while doing it! And the best part? It’s completely FREE!
