As the leaves fall and the earth prepares for its deep rest, the veil grows thin. This is the time to slow down, turn our gaze inward, and honor the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. On Sunday October 25th, join our conscious community for a special edition of Dance Temple—an ecstatic dance journey dedicated to celebrating the autumn season and paying tribute to our ancestors. Come exactly as you are to shed what no longer serves you, embody gratitude for the year's harvest, and dance in deep connection with the lineages that came before us.

- Opening Circle & Guided Facilitation: Setting sacred space, anchoring our intentions, and inviting the supportive presence of our ancestors.
- Ecstatic Dance Waves: A progressive, intuitive musical journey. Let earthly rhythms and deep beats guide your body into free expression, completely free of judgment. Moving Mountain will be weaving the musical journey.
- Integration & Sound Rest: A gentle comedown to integrate the medicine of the movement.
- Closing Circle: A soft landing to share community connection and seal our collective experience.
📜 Dance Temple Agreements (To Keep the Space Sacred)To ensure a safe, immersive, and transformative container for everyone, we honor these practices:
- 📵 No Phones or Cameras: Stay completely present in the room and out of the digital world.
- 🚫 No Shoes: We dance barefoot to feel our direct connection to the Earth.
- 🤫 Non-Verbal Space: No talking on the dance floor. Let your body do the communicating.
- 🧊 Sober Container: A substance-free event to maintain clarity of mind and movement.
- 🤝 Consent is Key: Respect your own boundaries and those of others. Interaction is a practice of mutual respect.
🕯️ Ancestor Altar (Optional)You are warmly invited to bring a meaningful item for our altar: a photograph of a loved one who has passed, an offering from nature (autumn leaves, rock, feather, bone), or any object that connects you to the wisdom of your family or spiritual lineage.

- ⏰ Time: Arrival between 13-13h30 / Start of the dance temple at 13h30-15h
- 🗺️ Location: Vista Outdoor Learning Center ( located off the North Klondike Highway at 23 Vista Road), the event is taking place inside!
- 🧘 What to bring: Comfortable layers to move in, a reusable water bottle, and an open heart.
No prior dance experience is needed. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
